Visit the site and in the Supplier Search enter the Town/City/Postcode you require meeting, training or conference facilities in, select Meeting Room from the service drop box and click search. All accommodation providers in the location requested will appear (or links to nearby locations with venues), the listed companies have full contact details and many offer the ability to send an email enquiry to. The site allows you to select several venues to email (click the email link under the venue) when you have selected either the max allowed or sufficient for your needs Click Send Emails and a single enquiry form will appear complete the form and click send. Your enquiry will be sent to each of your chosen suppliers who will respond directly to you.
